Why?

1. Assess your needs vs. wants. When you always want “more, more, more”,
it’s easy to lose sight of what really matters for you health and happiness. Forget about
material things and possessions and focus on the things you really need in life- things
like adequate sleep, proper nutrition, healthy relationships, and great self-care.
2. Examine you relationships. Healthy and nurturing relationships are key
when it comes to stabilizing your foundation. How is your support system? Do you have
toxic and one-sided relationships in your life that are weighing you down and tottering
your foundation?
3. Make yourself a priority. When building a solid, stable foundation, it’s
important to make yourself a priority! Carve out a little time each day to take care of
yourself physically and mentally. Remember that self-care is not selfish, it’s essential!
